The Structure
Monthly Council Call (90 minutes)
A small, curated group. One room. One rhythm.
Council Size: 8–12 women
Cadence: 1× per month
Format: 2 Hot Seats per session (rotating)
A typical session includes:
Arrival & Framing (10 min)
A clear tone-set and the month’s inquiry.
Two Hot Seats (20 min each)
A real decision. A live edge. A consequential choice.
Held with precision, not performance.
Collective Reflection (20 min)
We name what’s emerging—without fixing, advising, or coaching each other.
Closing Integration (10 min)
One sentence each. What you’re taking with you.
No homework.
No hustle.
No emotional labor as currency.
Just a prepared space where your intelligence can rest and your clarity can return.
